Offerings for Schools, Districts, & Youth Serving Organizations

Professional Learning

From PD workshops to instructional coaching to leadership consultations, we meet your teachers and educational staff where they’re at with customized learning opportunities. We also offer our hybrid Positive and Engaged Learning Community that includes a live Community of Practice component.

Direct Student Services

We offer WordLab (supplemental literacy instruction) to support all learners by applying evidence-based instruction to meaningful experiences, like exploring and documenting nature. Learn more about WordLab and how it can be tailored to your students’ needs during or after school.

Family Engagement

Together, we explore multilingual storytelling, audiobooks, neighborhood exploring, and other fun and connecting ways that families can foster a love of reading in their young children.

Partner with our expert facilitators to create a workshop that meets the unique needs of your learning community.

ODLEs of On-Demand Courses

Phonemes, graphemes, morphemes, oh my! What are these little bits of language, and how do they make meaning? We unpack those “Building Blocks of Literacy” and bring decades of research (aka the science of reading) to life through on-demand learning experiences (ODLEs).

Join our Positive and Engaged Learning Community (PELC) to transform your learning community from chaos to calm, increase participation, and reduce burnout with hybrid on-demand and live professional development. Starting with the module Foundations of Positive Learning Environments, teachers create blueprint for creating and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Teaching Fellowship

A learning experience designed to immerse educators in the world of teaching reading as a science. Our teaching fellows receive continual professional development and ongoing opportunities for goal-setting, reflection, guidance, and support within our tight-knit learning community. Our in-house fellows teach in our programs, and we’re also exploring ways to bring this robust fellowship to in-service teachers.

Please contact us about setting up an fellowship at your site.
